help please with info re: dessert party

I can't find any information about the dessert party at the Grand Floridian or any other dessert party areas, can someone provide a link or information?
My oldest daughter had an escape wedding in 2008 and we looked into it, but I guess I lost all of our planning stuff that we didn't use. My 2nd daughter has started planning a swan & dolphin wedding for Feb 2014 and really wants to include this if possible! thanks

I'm pretty sure if you look up dessert party in the search engine you'll find something or you can look for Carries wedding journal I think she has a post in there.
