Help!!! Please!!! What Do I Do?

Over the last several months, I have entered all of my: Reservation info, PS info, EMH and Park Plans into the "BUILD YOUR ITENERARY" on the DW website. 2 days ago, I logged on, to do some 'fine tuning', and to my surprise...IT IS NO LONGER THERE! :confused3 I have written in, to the contact us button, on the site, with no replies! I am about to have a breakdown here! HELP! PLEEESSSE! Has this happened to anyone else? We are leaving Tuesday and I am about the freak out! This is not a great beginning to the magic... :confused3
 
Disney web site has to be one of the worst in the corporate world. They focus so much on flash and looks and not much on speed and functionalities.

I would have hoped you kept your PS/ADR numbers elsewhere. As for the trip plan, time to do them on somewhere else that you can trust, like a sheet of paper or just Word/Excel on your own computer.

Good luck in waiting to hear back from Disney.

Not what you want to hear - but as an IT director for a technical company and ordering everything under the sun using the web, I have never made any reservation for Disney from their web site or used the web site to keep track of anything. Just too stressful :(

I can't help you on your park plans, if you haven't written that down somewhere else. But the Extra Magic Hours are available on cards when you check into your resort. And they have been changing lately, so I would want to go with the newest info when you check in anyway.

The Priority Seatings are NO PROBLEM to retrieve. You could probably do it now by just calling the Dining number. But you can definitely do it at check in time. The CM will just put your phone number into the dining program and retrieve all of your PS at the same time. The computer will even print out an Itenerary of all your dining. BYW, this is the best reason to ALWAYS use the same phone number on all of your dining and recreation reservations.
 
Always keep the PS/ADR somewhere safe. Disney has been known to lose reservations. With a confirmation number you have a semi-chance of tracking down what happened to a lost ressie.
