Help Please :) T-Shirt Designs

I had a T-shirt design done last year for our family - it was a blue Mickey head with all our names round the edge and 2014 in the center, I've come to get it sorted for our trip and I can't find it.

Does anyone know who could have possibly DIsigned it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and the family we are going with would like on doing as well

I've just found on the web that it was Linda (shadowryter) that originally did it but she's no longer DISgning
