Help Please? Notre Dame or Indy Colts Fleece

Does anyone know where I can buy fleece (for a throw blanket) with either Notre Dame or Indianapolis Colts logo? I have looked everywhere and cannot find either. I guess that is what happens when you live in Steelers country! I wanted to make a throw for FSIL. Any ideas where I can order either fabric?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the Colts fleece:
