HELP please from anyone!!!

Could anyone help me figure out how to put a trip countdown on my posts?? PLEASE don't tell me to go to the FAQ page.... I can't see anything there to help..........we are leaving in 33 days and I would love to have a counter up!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE for any help!!!!!!!!!!P
