Don't know if anybody will be able to help or even if I have posted this on the right thread so here goes.

I ordered some xmas stuff for my sons from a company in American called worldrugbyshop.com and they said they confirm etc via email etc. I was trying to find out if they had processed my order and if we would get it in time for xmas but when you log in to contact them their site only allows you to send if you have an American ZIP code plus the telephone number is like 1-800 etc which I think means you can't phone from the UK. Has anybody heard about this company and if so does anybody have a contact email address of telephone number as I am beginning to panic that 1. the boys won't get their stuff for xmas and 2. they have my money :(

What is the International Delivery Policy?

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your World Rugby Shop merchandise and shipping charges. International Express typically takes from 2-3 business days to reach our customers after the order leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions about international orders, please e-mail us at info@365-inc.com.

You will be able to phone from the UK - it is 001800 etc. You will get a message saying the number is not free if dialed from outside the US but you will get through. Good luck in getting your stuff - I had the honour of touching the RBS 6 Nations trophy this week and getting to meet David Sole - I am sure you understand what that is about!

thanks guye was starting to get worried . icebrat001 the email address doesn't allow incoming mail as my emails just keep coming back saying DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL .

Thanks Wendy I will try phoning them. Bet you were excited about touching the RBS six nations cup. My son broke his neck playing rugby but he still loves to watch and go to the games. The tongo team came to visit him whilst he was in hospital and this is what I ordered for him for xmas as a surprise so fingers crossed.
thanks again

I am so sorry to hear about your son. I teach at a rugby daft school and what happened is always our biggest worry. A lot of our parents are doctors and there are always at least 2 in attendance in matches not that that can prevent accidents.
It was wonderful to get to hear David Sole speaking to our 5th years and he even coached some of the younger ones.
I hope the present arrives in time.

If you want to pm me your order info. I will call for you and let you know.

thanks Kirsten. I phoned once I read Wendy's thread just before you posted. That was really nice that you offered to do that, thanks . Call probably cost me more than the shipment and top :rotfl: but I was starting to get worried. They say it should arrive before xmas which is good news. Seemed strange not being able to email them from the UK :confused3

thanks again everyone I will let you know when they arrive :goodvibes

thanks wendy, looks like it might arrive :goodvibes we were lucky in that there was a doctor there on the day watching his son which meant he told everybody not to move him and rather than go to the nearest hospital he told the ambulance crew to take him straight to the spinal unit. Unfortunaltey, as you say it can't prevent that type of accident and it happens so quick. He copes really well (don't know how to be honest) despite there being no improvement since that day as his spinal column was completely severed when the scrum collapsed on top of him thus making him paralised from the shoulders down.
we made Florida this year which we never thought we would which is great. :)

thanks again

not a problem at all if you need to call them again you can send me a pm and I will be happy to do it for you. That is really strange you can't e-mail them from the UK. I wonder why.

Ali - it is surprising but the call won't probably cost that much - it always used to put us off but were surprised when the bill came in.
I wish I could think of the right words for your son but it sounds like he is coping amazingly well. I think tomorrow's lesson to one of my classes (which includes most of the first XV) will include a bit about your son and how to always be careful.

PS I used to teach Chris Cusiter - my current claim to fame!
