Does anyone have this pool?

I bought it from Disney on-line at the end of last summer and put it away for the girls. We pulled it out to use it and there are no instructions. It is two pieces...the blow-up pool is no problem, even the blow-up slide is great, but the "castle" part does not stay up once inflated. There are extra(different) plugs at the bottom and I cannot figure out what they are for.

Any suggestions?

I don't have this pool, sorry. But I have lost instructions for other things and I have found the manufacturer's website and they almost always have instructions online.
Do you still have anything that has the name of the manufacturer on it? Try that.

In addition to above suggestions, try calling DisneyDirect. If you explain the situation to a rep, I'm pretty sure that they'll be able to send you some instructions, either in the mail or e-mailed, fairly quickly. By the way, recently I had a problem with a pin set that I ordered from DisneyDirect. I phoned them up & they took care of it right away !

One time I couldn't find the programming instructions for a TV remote, so I did a Google Search & found the instructions that way. (Don't *just* look in Google, also try 'Google Groups'.)

I have one of those pools at home, unopened in the box. I'll check tonight to see if there are any instructions there and will let you know!

DVC Owner - thanks for taking the time to look.

I think from the picture on E-bay, I was able to push the two posts of the castle behind the slide and it made the castle part stay up a bit better(not perfect, but at least it kinda works).

Either way the girls love it.
