If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. The reservations were made last year via the internet when you were not permitted to make BRP reservations by phone. My father inlaw passed away when we were supposed to go to Disney in Nov so we moved BRP reservation to Feb. Now my DH just started a new job and there is no way he can get off in Feb. We can't go until Dec. We have 2 back to back BRP reservations for YC with deposits of over $500. I called several times and have been told I cannot move my desposit to another type of reservation and if I cancel I lose the $500+ dollars. I don't care if they keep my money as long as they apply it to another reservation. But I sure hate to lose over $500. Any suggestions anyone? I see some of you have been able to cancel your reservations or apply them to another type of reservation. Any help would be very much appreciated!
