Help please - airport transportation - urgent

I booked through Disney a round trip Mears private van for 7
Need 2 car seats and a booster. Mears showed up at the airport promptly no issues.

I call Mears to confirm (Disney-like hold time) return from Swan.

They said they are severely overbooked and cannot accommodate most Disney reservations then put me on hold for over 30 minutes… I assume with no intention of picking up.

I need the family to be picked up at 7am. Can anyone suggest an alternative that will actually pick up the phone and arrive on time with car seats?

Is this for tomorrow at 7am? You might not be able to book a car service but you could try. We recently used Tiffany Towncar. There are several other companies in the area too.

There's always Uber/Lyft but I don't know how they handle car seats.

If you’re still at swan did you ask concierge? If not what did u do in the pinch to resolve?

After reading this, I went onto Tripadvisor and read recent reviews for Mears in Orlando. And holy cow, since January, it's one review after another of people who had the same experience that the OP did! Everybody reports the same thing...their ride FROM MCO to their hotel was fine, but it was the ride from the hotel back to MCO at the end of the trip that was paid for, but nonexistent.

EVERYBODY ended up reporting the same rude Mears customer service agents over the phone, long hold times of an hour or sometimes more, being told that another ride would be sent but then they showed up way late or not at all. MANY people having to scramble last minute with an Uber or Lyft and barely or not even making their flights.

We are going to WDW in October and after reading all of this, there is NO WAY ON EARTH that I am going to use Mears. Forget it. I don't care that the other options are all more expensive. The stress of missing your plane isn't worth it!
