Help please-ADR timing ? with 3 room conf # on consecutive nights

Currently we have 3 separate room confirmation #...

Room Confirmation #1 - for 1st night, night of arrival at OKW studio for 2 ppl

Room Confirmation #2 - for 2nd night, moving to BLT studio for 2 ppl

Room Confirmation #3 - for nights 3-10, rest of family joining at BLT 2 bedroom

When can I start making ADR? We are using regular dining plan.

Can I book ADR for the whole trip based upon the 180 date for Night #1?

or do I call 3 days in a room to make ADR?
- call at 180 days just for Night 1
- call next day at 180 days just for Night 2
- call 3rd day at 180 days to book nights 3-10

You can make up to 10 days worth of ADRs at 180 days before date of check-in. So, using days, you have 11 there.

At 180 days before checking in to OKW, you can make ADRs for Days 1-10. At 180 days before checking in to BLT Studio, you can make ADRs for Days 2-11 (technically 1 through 11, since 1 will now be within 180 days). At 180 days before BLT 2 bedroom, you can make ADRs for days 3-12 (again, 1 and 2 now fall under the 180 day mark, so those are available, and even if you don't have a day 12, you could technically make ADRs for that day). In other words, at 180 days before OKW, you can make ADRs for the whole trip minus the last day. The next day, which is 180 days from BLT Studio, you can then make ADRs for the whole trip including that last day (using the BLT studio confirmation).

The system doesn't care when you're checking out, nor does it care how many people are registered to the room, so you'll be able to make them for everyone using your OKW and BLT Studio confirmation numbers.
