If I get a great rate on hotel and flights through Expedia/Travelocity can I still get the tickets and dining plan?Through the WDW website the quote was so much higher for flights/hotel..

To get the dining plan you need to purchase a package, which must include a room. So if you reserve a separate room, then you can't get the package. Do Expedia or Travelocity offer packages? If not then you need to book it through Disney or AAA if you are a member. Then get the airfare separately.
