HELP, Planning Meals with Kids

I admit it, I have NO IDEA about dining at US/IOA, this will be our first trip. I have a few questions that I hope you can help me out with.

1. We will DEFINITLY do the Spiderman breakfast on Sat morning October 14, when can I call and make ressies?

2. Friday October 13 is our travel day, we arrive in Orlando around 9:30am, we hope to be at US by noon, catch lunch in the park, but have no clue what to do for dinner here. I am thinking something easy, kids are 7 & 4.

3. Saturday night after our Spidey breakfast and the day at IOA we would like a NICE dinner but again we have a 7 & 4 Year old.

Also is there anyway to see all the menus?

We haven't been to the Spidey breakfast, but I've read reports of people being able to book it anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks out. UO doesn't take reservations as far in advance as WDW does. The exception would be Emeril's & Tchoup Chop.

For your Sat. night dinner, I would recommend Mytho's @ IOA. Unfortunately, they're not always open for dinner. If they are during your dates, definitely dine there. If not, which resort are you staying at? You could eat there or try one of the Citywalk restaurants. Bubba Gump's is opening soon, & gets great reviews.
