Help Planning 4 Parks in 3 Days!

Looking for some guidance on planning a short trip to Disney from Dec 20-Dec 22nd. I am trying to figure out "best" parks given this crazy time of the year. While many have suggested we concentrate on 3 parks for 3 days, my children (9 and 13) have things they really want to hit in all 4 parks over the 3 days. So I am asking for guidance on how to best set up this schedule.

The only park know for sure at this point is MK on Sunday (though in reaiity could do on Tuesday as well). It has EMH Monday 21st so will stay away. Plan to stay all day and will likely fastpass 7DMT, Space and BTMR.

The real question- which of the 3 parks to rope drop and which to fast pass in the afternoon. At EPCOT kids want to ride TT, Soarin, Spaceship Earth. At HS, they want to ride TSMM and Star Tours (TSMM is their favorite and would like to do multiple times) and AK- Safari, EE, Tough to be a Bug, Rapids (if warm enough) and DINOSAUR.

I guess the biggest question which of the 3 parks to do in the afternoon with the shortest waits- will it be harder to ride attractions at AK in the afternoon (knowing it tends to empty out in the afternoon- I am not sure during hoiidays if the case) without fastpasses or harder to wait on iine for either TT or Soarin without fast pass (assuming we have for one of them under current Tiers).

I would do the following:
MK
MK for morning magic hours if you're up for it --> DHS with FP+
Epcot future world (FP) --> Animal Kingdom (Pick up an extra fasts if you can when you get there) --> Epcot for world showcase or MK

I would do rope drop of course all 3 days.
Day 1: MK
Day 2: morning at AK, afternoon/evening at DHS. Head straight to KS, then EE (single rider line if you have to), Rapids, Dinosaur then Tough to be aBug. Have your fp+ for TSM and Star Tours. Won't be able to do TSMM multiple times though.
Day 3: Epcot. Get fp+ for TEst track and head to Soarin at rope drop.
