Help! Planned last minute trip next week, are the best rides booked already?

Hi,
Havent been to Disney in a while and Most certainly Never last minute!!!
Like next week pieced together 4 nights studio. 1 night Saratoga, 2 nights tower studio riviera then 1 night polynesian.

So i Have not purchased tickets i was going to get a 2 day parkhopper pass and blow through the 4 parks on a jazzie cause i hurt my ankle! Oh yea if i cancel point in holding.

Soooo if i buy pass today? Are all the good "fastpasses" booked? You can book week out?
Dont want to pay over $400 for 2 day pass and not be able to book the rides.
Is there a way to know before i buy pass if the rides are booked?
I know lightning lane only can book same day right?
Help! Am i crazy
I just really needed some Disney Magic life been crazy!!!
But its hot and if i cant even get on rides.....
Whats the point?

You can book/buy lightning lanes one week before your resort check-in day., starting at 7:00 AM. For a split stay like you are planning, that's one week before your first check-in day, assuming your hotel reservations are back-to-back to-back (no skipped days). You have to have park tickets purchased and linked to your MDE account before Disney (MDE) will show you what times you can get for lightning lane reservations. You will see what times you can get for lightning lane reservations before you have to decide whether or not to buy the lightning lanes for that day. While Disney won't show you what times are available before you buy a ticket, there are other websites that do show the earliest times currently available.

I'm unsure what you're asking by "only can book same day right?" So, I'm not answering that question.

Edit to add: On the day you can first buy/book lightning lanes, you can do so for your hotel length-of-stay (in your case all five days including the check-in day for Saratoga and the checkout day for the Poly.)
