I currently have reservations for Planet Hollywood. However, I'm rethinking it. Is there a better DTD restaurant to go to that anyone would recommend?

Thanks! :)

went to pucks and hollywood. both were nice for that style of rest.(not fancy, just quick casual food). hollywood is very loud so be warned.

Maybe I'll just do CS then Ghiradelli. Then save the ts for a sig restaurant.

Thanks for the response!

Gotta say that Planet Hollywood amazes me that it does any business. I'm usually not so harsh, but once you've been to any PH, you've been to them all. Food is just OK, don't expect anything special. It seems the PH voucher that comes with trips booked through Disney is something PH must pay Disney for to get people to go there. Hardly anyone I know uses the vouchers - at least not after using them on one trip.

As for other places at DTD, try either of the Wolfgang Pucks. We had a really great meal at Bongos on a previous trip. Had to say we loved the cuban steak and fried plantains. The restaurant was pretty and the service quite good.

We Loved Raglan Road. The setting is beautiful, the food was excellent and the entertainment was outstanding.
I made a late (8:30) ADR so that we would be able to enjoy the Irish band and Step dancer. Entertainment starts at 9:00 PM
We had one of the best evenings of our trip and we will returna again.
Have a Great Trip

I'm not a fan of PH. While I haven't been to the one in Orlando, I have been to others and the food was just okay.

We love House of Blues and Fulton's.

PH is not a "must eat" at restaurant for our family, although we thought that the first time was really cool. We would prefer to eat at Rainforest Cafe in DD. We have also ate at Cap n' Jacks (to get lobster). It was just OK for us.

Cap'n Jacks! We just got back and went to PH and Cap'n Jacks. Cap'n Jacks was wonderful from the food to the service. PH is your typical Applebee's fare if you ask me which you can get anywhere. We enjoyed both, but I liked CJ better.
