Hi PBH Experts!
It's been almost six years since we've stayed at PBH, and we have a few questions. 1. Does the PBH have a laundry room for guests to use? We can't remember if there was one there. 2. When we last stayed at PBH, guests with a disabled parking permit were able to get complimentary valet parking. Is that still the case? I recall that the guest self-parking lot was a good hike from the main entrance. 3. Are PBH guests able to have items they buy at CityWalk and the theme parks sent back to their rooms? Thanks for your help!

Hello! There is no guest laundry at Portofino. They do offer laundry service, but it's pretty expensive if I remember correctly. Hard Rock has guest laundry.
Yes, you can have your purchases sent to your room.
Not sure about the parking?

Just got back from PB. We self parked in garage with the blue handicapped placard. We were right by the elevator in the garage - very handy.

Be sure you tell them at the front desk you have handicapped parking and that there is no charge or they will try and charge you for it.

This must be different from when we stayed.... we were given valet parking for the self-parking price, but were told there is no "free" parking for handicapped vehicles.

I thought the policy had changed as well.

Yes their policy changed over 2 years ago, you now DO NOT get free parking with a disability badge, everyone pays if you have a car

Not sure why we have never been charged. We are loews plat. and usually go to PB or RP once a month. We have never been charged for parking at either resort when we tell them we have the handicapped placard. We just returned from a split stay at both resorts last week and were not charged.
