Hi all....I'm looking for hotel or vacation condo/home rental somewhere between disney and downtown orlando(bob carr arts center). We have a dance competition in July at bob carr but want to do some disney too. Trying to get somewhere in the middle. We have 6 people so a hotel suite would be nice or will consider the condo/home rental. Thanks in advance !

For townhome and condos you will probably need to look in the Kissimmee area - there are only certain counties that allow for short term rental properties which mainly tend to be south of Disney. With 6 people I would look for a rental rather than a hotel suite - just gives you more room and usually more facilities

might try the condo or timeshares along International drive

of course timeshares are only for a week stay generally - you might find Marriott - willing to rent for less.

Also try hotelkingdom.com for Cypress Point Resort. They are condos very close to DTD. We stayed there a few years ago and really enjoyed it. They are very reasonably price thru hotelkingdom.
