I absolutely know I'll get some exceptional answers here...no pressure!!!

We are going in February, arriving the evening before our first park day. On that first park day (MK), my understanding is we have to go to a window or booth before entry to verify our info and get our physical passes issued...does that sound right?

My concern, as we're staying at a premium resort, I don't want to miss the entire first half hour of early entry- especially with Splash and/or Big Thunder closed. Is it possible to go early enough that we can square this before early entry starts?

My other thought was- since we're staying at Poly- to take the monorail to MK the evening before we go to our first park. But if that's the case, how late would they be open?

Thank you all so kindly in advance!

The best thing to do is to go to the guest service window at MK the evening before your first park day. The lines are usually short in the evening. Guest services will be open at least as late as the park hours are. That is the way we handle it. The lines in the morning are very long.

From the Poly, the TTC (Ticket and Transportation Center) is just a short walk via the walkway by Pago Pago on the DVC side. I can't say what the hours are, but they are rarely busy when we stop in to activate APs.

You can do it there???

Can be done at ANY ticket booth or Guest Relations (or "Will Call") at WDW.

TTC stands for Transportation and Ticket Center.
TTC is the main ticketing location for Magic Kingdom.

I get this backwards every time...no matter how many times I practice it in my head.

Just checked and realized my flight doesn't land until 9- I will hope that at least one of the parks extends its hours!

Funny you should say that, (and, I have to stop and think about the name every time I post info about it)
but even DISNEY gets it mixed up sometimes.
I can't find the image right now, but I have seen (and saved somewhere) a photo of a Disney produced sign for the place that says "Ticket and Transportation Center."

(I think that's what it should have been called, anyway.)

@Robo I am a huge fan of your maps. I think that is how I became familiar with the walk to the TTC from the Poly in the first place.
Very cool!
Thank you for the kind words, DduzDis!

Unless I am staying at a EP resort, I always do it there. If I am at the EP resorts, I'll go to the international Gateway desk. Rarely have I run into a crowd delay at either.

You can also do it at the ticketing center at Disney Springs. That's what we did for Thanksgiving week. However, I would check the hours for it and/or Disney Springs. You may be better off trying one of the parks that will be open later.
