My mother borrowed my "Cooking with Mickey Volume II" and then requested I make something. I use the pie crust that is in that book with the orange juice but sadly that is all I remember. Does anybody else have that recipe so I can make the pies tonight. Thanks in advance.

I hope this is the one you need.

2c flour
1/2 tsp salt
6tblsp solid vegetable shortening
2tblsp butter chilled
1/2 c or as needed orange juice chilled

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add shortening and butter. With a pastry blender or fork cut butter into flour until crumbly. Gradually add enough of the juice until dough holds together. Knead dough very lightly and form 2 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

This was in the Apple pie recipe from the Plaza Inn

Oh bless you, bless you, bless you. My your sauce always stick to your pasta and never to your hips. Now off to work. THANK YOU! :cheer2:
