This will be my first time at WDW,and may be my only chance to go. (My hubby is a workaholic,90+ hrs. a week). We will arrive on 5/27 at around 1:00pm and have all day on 5/28. We are not staying at a WDW hotel so I guess we can't get extra hrs. We are both adrenalin junkies and love thrills. So far I am looking at 1/2 day at MGM and a full day at Epcot. I would welcome any suggestions on how to make the best of such a short visit.

If you are looking for thrills, Epcot is NOT what I would choose. MGM for sure, but probably MK instead of Epcot.

I agree!!

But first thing you need to do is to make a plan of what parks YOU really want to see. If you're looking for thrill rides only- they are spread out over the 4 parks. This is what I would do.

Go to MGM your 1/2 day then if it closes early (7:00) head over to Epcot and at least try to ride some of the rides. You can either take a bus or the boat. However the boat takes you to the international gateway (where WS is and not to FW). If you do go to Epcot, have a late dinner at one of the countries and watch illuminations.

Then on your full day. Go to MK 1st. Hit all the rides you want then head over to Ecpot for the reminder of your day. (When we went in Feb we had done 12 rides by 2:00 at the MK). the only thing is the fast passes for the more popular rides will probably be gone by the time you get to Epcot depending on how crowded it is.

But the most important thing is to allow yourself to really enjoy WDW- its so much more than just rides. So many people rush through and you really need to sit back and enjoy the wonder of it all.

Have fun!!!
