First things first ~ your designers are AMAZING!!
I am new on this board and would like to use some of the designs, but do not know how.

I see many people use 4share and photobucket, but I do not know how to take off someone elses name and add ours? Is this possible or can it only be done by the designer? Thre are so many I want to use.

thanks

There are some designs that you could easily personalize for yourself, such as Mickey Heads.

To personalize this yourself, you would just need to save the DISign (or even copy/paste) and open it onto paint. You can then color over the name with black paint and replace it with your own.

You can also personalize on Microsoft Word, and jtanddolly has great step-by-step instructions on how to do this. If you don't have a designer blank (no name), then you'd just need to color over the name and replace it with your own. The trouble you run into when doing this by yourself is possibly not having the font style that the DISigner used. You can get the Walt Disney Script (aka Waltography, Waltograph, Disney Park font) for free online. You can just search for the font online, or if you open up the sticky FAQ thread at the top, there are links to sites with free fonts.

Some designs are difficult to personalize by yourself, though, and in which casee, you can put in a request with the designer, and they can personalize it for you. Some DISigners have their own threads where they accept requests, and others will take requests by PMs. Then you can also put in an open request by starting your own thread if there is a generic design that you want or a specific design that you are looking for, and someone will probably help you out.

Good luck!

Thanks for the help, I think I need to request from the diz-iners, most of what I want has names with designed backgrounds- the paint and text option won't work :(
thanks for the heads up thought, I wasnt sure if I was missing something since almost all the designs have a personalization. do you kow of amy diz-iners who share unpersonalized diz-igns :)

thanks again
