Help! on Magic Band Customization

I was on the "official Disney World website" and it mentions customizing your magic band. What can you do to it before it is sent to you besides picking a color? I clicked on customizing but it doesn't connect to anything...... I want to make sure I do it right...... Thanks for all your help!!!

Pick the color and select a name you want on the underside of the band. Can be a name, date, etc. Its on the underside though so you only see the name when not wearing the band

For additional prices, you can customize magic bands at Disney World with different preselected characters and layouts.

The first time you go into the Customization process, you have to confirm the mailing address the MagicBands will be sent to. If you want them sent to a different address than what's pre-populated, you can change it.

Once the address is confirmed, you continue with the customization process as noted above by CAS239.

You can go back later and make changes up until the cut off date noted.

Do you have an onsite hotel reservation (room-only or a package) on your MyDisneyExperience account? That's the only way you can have a MB to customize (unless you're an Annual Pass holder who already used the AP to enter a park).

If so, when you say clicking doesn't connect to anything...what does that mean? What are you seeing?
