Room numbers will not be of much use to you - much, much better to call MS and ask them to add a request to your reservation(s) to have the rooms near to each other.

In my experience, the BWV almost always preassign rooms - there isn't going to much wiggle room at check in.

Also, what are the chances that specific rooms will be vacant on the day your party checks in? Again, it's better tohave MS note what you really want on your reservation (rooms close to each other) and let the room assigner do his/her best to meet your request.

Keep in mind that BWV has both dedicated and lockoff 1 bedrooms so that could affect your assignment (depending on how your reservation is setup). I agree with Carol, just put in a request to be close to each other.
