Again - sorry upfront as the search does not want to work!!!

Hi everyone,

Here's my situation - I need to cut a few $$$ from our upcoming trip, so I thought I might start with tickets. We currently have 2 7 day PH booked. I was thinking about dropping it to 1 day because we have still left:

2 days on a PHP pass from 95 (the one with your picture on it)

2 days on 2 separate tix from 00 (has DFIL name on cards since he paid for trip)

2 days on 2 separate tix from 04 (has DH name on cards)

2 days on 2 separate tix from 04 - the paper kind

Another 2 days on 2 separate tix from 04 (the kind bought from Disney Stores)

6 1 day park hopper tix given to me by my boss who recently left ESPN - these have his name on the back. These are also the paper kind.

OK - can I combine all of them into two tickets? Or would we have to carry each individual one? I know the paper one will have to be converted to the hard plastic, but since the others are already like that will anything need to be done to those?

Thanks so much!!!

Ty

No apologies needed about searching or not searching. In any forum this large, if you cannot find what you are looking for withing 15 minutes, feel free to post your question.

All of the tickets you already possess, as you described them, may only be used as-is. You need to be careful not to accidentally use more than one different card in the turnstiles on any given day. It is best to carry just one ticket on any given day.

Two or more tickets on separate cards may never be combined to become a single card.

Suggestion: You probably want to reduce the dresser drawer clutter of leftover tickets. Save the new tickets that come with your package for future use. Use up just the leftovers on this trip.

You may want to lock in today's ticket prices for one or more future trips by ordering the new package tickets with more days. You don't need non-expiration since the 14 day usage lifespan doesn't start until you start using the tickets. The best bargain is had when a new expiring ticket covers the entire vacation and a new non-expiring ticket completely covers two vacations.

Thanks so much...we orginally had a 7 day locked in for this trip, but since I had to unexpectedly buy a new car, I'm now looking for ways to reduce $$$.

I will have to convert the ticket that has my picture on it though to current media...correct?

Also, will Guest Services at Pop (where we stay just for the 1st night) be able to tell us what exactly on each ticket? I was trying to figure it out from memory.

Thanks again!

Ty

Any guest services location can help you. I just called the other day for something very similiar.

I'm going to the Food and Wine Festival and already have park tickets left over from 3 weeks ago. My friend has old tickets and didn't know if she could use them. I was told by MS that all she had to do was go to any guest services location and they will "covert" the tickest for her and verify the number of days on the tickets.

About the ticket with your picture on it -- It must be converted to modern media but there is no charge. But it is Disney's policy not to give it back to you. If you want to keep it as a souvenir, ask before exchanging it. They might give it back to you but with "VOID" or something like that stamped on it.

From what I counted, you ahve enough days so you don't have to use the picture ticket and don't have to start using any newly bought tickets on this vacation.

Now I have old paper tickets from 2001 that have mine, my husband's, and my two kids names on them, they are older than 9 so they are not children's tickets. Can I use those for my oldest child and her husband? They are really strapped for $$ this year due to job losses and we would like them to go on vacation with us and I would let them use these old tickets if we can do that. I thought tickets were non-transferrable, or can they not tell on the older paper ones?

Admission passes are indeed non-transferable.
