HELP!!! NOT SURE WHAT TO DO & leave in 12 days

these are my plans as of now, but I was planning on going to the MVMCP on the last day no tickets yet but not sure if they will be sold out, arrive on the 15th planned meals around this but now I think that maybe we should go on the 16th to the party b/c it may not sell out.
Plans so far are:

lunch at sunshine
dinner - le cellier
16th typhoon day and night disnet quest
lunch typhoon

17th magic all day
lunch crystal palace

18th mgm
lunch sci fi
dinner not sure
19th animal then epcot
lunch tusker or flame tree
dinnr le alfredo de original
20th magic then partyMVMCP

dinnr chef mickeys
21stfree day to do whatever
breakfast 1900
dinner fultons or whispering canyon
22 lunch at hotel before leave
these are all planned and if i change the night for the party then they will have to be changed or some will
I thought if achasnged the party to 16th then plan would be to try

my one son is very picky what do you think about my choices for meals what about the party should i wait and see what the weather is like whne i get there? hopping for some pixy dust
