Help! Not sure if this game is for XBox 360 or Wii

I called my cousin's three boys earlier and asked what they wanted for Christmas. One of them wants the game Poke Park. I checked online and I only see it for the Wii. They also have an XBox 360. My question is, is this game an XBox 360 game too?
