Help - no Magical Express luggage tags yet!

Oh dear - what do we do if they do not arrive in time? We leave in 6 business days. Has this happened to anyone else?

Call, Call, and call again. We received out first set of ME tickets and then noticed they didn't send our sons tickets for his stuff. So we called and they said they would send them out immediately. We waited and waited. We never did get a second set. Luckily, we packed well enough that we managed. We figured as long as we can get there we can get more for additional bags once we arrive. Sorry, not great news to share but have learned to really stay on top of ME.

Did you call DME and make sure your in their system

If you are and your TAGS don't arrive don't worry.

You take your Air-line tags to the DME check-in and they will still pull your bags for you and off you go.

Please know this will be alright and have a great trip

I checked with DVC and they assured me that we were in the system...I will try the phone number though - thank you. If they never arrive, when we go to the DME desk do we have to take our bags with us?

No just take them your Airline claim tags and they will take care of the bags for you .
