Help! No docs for 9/16 Wonder

I called cruise.com (the TA I used). They said that the docs were set up as pier pickup. I have no idea why. I did not want that. I even called less than 2 weeks ago and they said docs won't arrive until about 2 weeks prior to sailing.

The rep at cruise.com is contacting DCL to see if they can still get the docs out. I leave for FLA on the 13th. What should I do? Should I just pick them up at the Pier or see if they can send them to me?

I just got off the phone with cruise.com. Disney is going to send the docs directly to me (instead of to cruise.com). They said they would get them out today.

All of this makes me so nervous. Tomorrow I think I will call DCL to confirm they have been sent.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

I still don't have documents for the 9/11 Magic cruise. They don't know why they weren't sent. They claim they will go out tomorrow. I confirmed with them that if I don't get them in time I can fill them out at the port. They don't seem to know why this happened.

OK, thought I'd take a stab at this one, since you weren't getting a huge response (hey at least it will bump you ) I think the only time collecting your docs at the port would be a problem would be if you were travelling with children who were not your own. There is a form in the docs that needs to be notorized by the parents of the child. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm on the 9/11 Magic and alas no docs here yet. I called my TA and she said I should have them this week. I'm nervous too. I'm a planner, and I like to have everything in order ahead of time. I hope you get your docs soon!

I'm lucky we have already received our docs for the 9/25 cruise (a week ago). There aren't that many documents to fill in - embarkation form, Bahamas Immigration form, Cruise Contract and payment authorisation form - and it doesn't take that long to do so, unless I suppose there are quite a few of you.
