So I've just tried to book a resort room and after clicking Purchase the website was stuck on the Woody page with 'Please wait while we complete your request' for an HOUR. I checked my emails and did not have any confirmation from Disney so I did what I was told not to do and hit the back button and tried to put it through again. I'm now stuck on the same page again for 15 minutes and counting. Still no confirmation email, but I've checked with my bank and there are 2 pending charges on my credit card. Of course, the bookings phone line is now closed.
Any advice apart from waiting it out and calling later? I'm not overly concerned about the credit card charges as I need to make another reservation and hopefully they can roll it over, but I want to make sure I actually have a room booked as it's a super busy time and I don't want to miss out!
