Help Needed

Oh, great Dis guru's I need help I had a room only ressie booked with AAA using AAA discount. When the annual passholder's rates came out I cancelled with AAA and did my own ressie. (saved me $120 for the week). It has been 4 weeks and AAA says they don't have the refund from Disney yet. I checked with CRO and they say they can't help me.

Anyone with any ideas what to do? All help is greatly apprciated.

We did the same thing, except with a TA. Get AAA to call Disney and find out if the check has indeed been mailed. If AAA made the ressie, Disney will not tell you. We got a refund check, but they mailed it to the TA, who had to deposit it, wait for it to clear, and then cut us a new check. The whole process took well over a month !! Good luck !!

My TA finally called back (I've been calling her every other day). Disney told them they refunded the money. AAA won't see it until 10/1 or there abouts. They will then mail me a check. We're leaving 10/13. Guess I'll have money to look forward to when I get back. Also, guess I'll find a new TA.
