Help needed!

I am new to the forum, but have visited Disney for as long as I can remember.

For our next trip which is in just a few weeks, we decided to do a Disney package which we have never done before. My question is: Are we supposed to get our tickets before we leave or do we get them when we get there? We have always ordered tickets and booked our room seperatly so i'm not sure what to do. Any help would be awesome!

When you arrive at your resort and check in at the registration desk, each person in your party will be issued a plastic card, similar to a credit card. This card will be your room key, park admission, and if you are on the dining plan, all the meals you are entitled to.

Rest assured syarbrough, OP is correct. I had always booked my own trips too so I was panicked when I got my package documents from a TA & there were no tickets! It's just the way Disney does things when you book a package. They put your park tickets right onto your room key when you check in. Have a great trip & welcome to the DIS!
