Help needed with dining plans...

I'm looking for advice and opinions here. We are doing a split stay on our upcoming trip and will only have the dining plan for 5 nights (giving each of us 5 TS credits). I have made 6 dinner ADRs for our trip, knowing that we'll have to pay OOP for one or two. Here's where we're going to eat (all dinners):

Jiko
Le Cellier
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package)
Cap'n Jack's (DH wants Lobster)

My current plan is to pay OOP for Jiko and use the dining plan for the rest. My thinking is that Jiko won't be worth the 2 TS credits each - the entrees aren't that expensive and we won't have desserts. Is my thinking correct? How would you do it? Thanks for helping me think this through!

We are doing the same thing. We're staying for 5 nights but have 6 TS booked. We'll pay OOP for one, whichever we see as cheaper. CRT is taking 2 TS credits...not sure if that is worth it or not?

We usually pay OOP for things that call for 2 TS. Or we'll use 2 TS if we're doing a TS for lunch, since it wouldn't be worth using a TS for lunch since it's cheaper and we don't need an app and dessert.
