Help needed with ding

I have installed ding onto my laptop. Everything looks like it should be...I hear the audio and receive the message. Problem is when trying to retreive the message and connect to swa through ding. Nothing happens. I have disabled my firewall, but still nothing. When I right click the "connect now" is not highlighted. Ready is listed, there is no communication error.

Any tips?

Press start on your tool bar. See if you have a set program access button. If you do,click it and highlight the circle that has microsoft windows and press ok. This same thing happened to me and this is the only thing that worked. Good luck!!!
