Help Needed Urgently [NEW FANSITE]

I'm about to Roll out a New Fansite and I need a website that I can go to for things such as if I typed VMK in the Bar it would come out as a styled writing type thing, like I dunno, sparkly or somthing? it would mean everything.
I should be making everything else in Paint, Like screen shots and stuff. otherwise, Yeah..

fansite as in forum or as in website? bar? you mean where you type in like www.vmk.com? that would be impossible to do unless you were using some special brower you made or hacked one of the current ones or changed their coding(either way it's illegal)

I think you've got it wrong.
I mean is, I'm Making a fansite, and I want a free program or just a website where I can type i nsay Just The word Luke and it can come up in shiny writing or somthing, and save it to pictures and put it ON my fansite.
