Help needed to change my password

Hi, hoping someone can help with this please. I'm sure there must be a simple way to sort it but it escapes me atm lol
I'm automatically signed in to the boards at the moment but I need to change my password and have forgotten it I can't change it via my profile as it requires that I input existing pw
I clicked the 'forgot password' button and got the email but that comes up with this error message 'Your password could not be reset. Please complete the lost password process again.'
