Good Morning all. I am not sure where to post this. If I need to post is somewhere else, please, let me know.

We are travelling with Friends and staying at BLT in a 2BR in late October. There will be two groups. Our Three (wife, Daughter and myself) and their three (Husband, Wife, Daughter).

We are wondering what others have experienced with friends that may help us.

For instance we have Annual Passes and get Photopass and they will just have 7 day Park Hoppers. Can we add their photos to ours and how do we do that?

Can both our families have a CC on the room? Ours on our Magic Bands and theirs on their MB's?

Any other tips will be helpful. This is the first trip we have taken with Friends.

Thanks Tons!!!!!

Hi - not sure about the cc since I don't usually put a card on my room - but for the Photopass, as long as they are on your reservation for your room the pictures they have on their Magic Band are all uploaded to your photopass as well. I've done this many time with my friends and me and my sister have the Annual Pass w/ Photopass included too, we all usually split up and do our own things so when everyone has their pictures I download them all afterwards. That's the only thing only the ones w/ the annual pass will be able to download them - they won't get that option. Hope that helps :flower1:

I'm not an expert, but we leave next week traveling with friends. This is the info I've gathered from these boards.

If you link your "My Disney Experience" accounts together you can share memory maker, I am not sure about photo pass. You won't have to be together for pics, all pics will go to the memory maker. This all has to be linked together via your MDE account.

You can set up two cards for charging at the desk when you arrive, but I have read on here that sometimes things still get mixed up so its good to go by and check at the desk every few days or at least before checking out to make sure charges are correct.

To be able to download your friends' photos, you need to be connected as Friends and Family in My Disney Experience AND they need to allow photo sharing.

From Disney's site:

If other people are connected to your Family & Friends list and choose to share their photos taken during your Memory Maker window, you have the ability to download those photos.

To view and download your friend and family members’ photos, please ask them to sign in to their Disney account and set photo sharing permissions using the Family & Friends page in their Profile. On their Family & Friends list, they can locate the Guest they want to share photos with and select “Edit” to access the photo sharing control.

Once the photos have been shared, you will be able to view and download them along with your Disney PhotoPass photos on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com and on theMy Disney Experience Mobile App.

Please note that photo sharing rules are subject to change.

Wow, Thanks for all the great help here. This is exactly what I was looking for.

If anyone has any tips for travelling with friends, I am grateful. I am sure there is lots we haven't thought of.

Thanks again for all the help!!!
