Help needed re virgin/alamo online check in

We fly in a week and I've just tried to do an online check in with Alamo, I didn't complete the process as the pick up/drop off times very a little from our flight times, i.e if we land as planned at 3.25pm we have to wait until 5.10pm to collect the car and we need to drop off at 3.00pm when we only fly at 7.00pm. Are these timings strict?? we have never had a car before, thanks all

when you go to collect the car you dont have to wait until 5.10 just go and get it whatever time you arrive there.

If you have booked through Virgin they have a 2 hour window with regard to returning the vehicle

Yes just do online check in with them. Pick car up as soon as you get to the garage and drop off an hour and half before your flight. We did this this year saved loads of time. I saw the timings were out too

thanks for pointing this out as I noticed on our reservation that we don;t collect our car at Orlando till an hour and a half after we land - the drop off time was okay.
