I am searched all over my house to no avail for the mailing address where we send our landlord the rent check. For some reason it's "walked" from the place I had it in the folder of bill information.

So, it just so happens that our landlord also has a unlisted # and his address is a P.O Box so I can't find him the white pages, online, etc.

I just don't know what to do, I won't hear from him till the rent is like two weeks late and at that point if I were to get his address and sent it then we would be charged a $ amount per each day late. :guilty:

I'm wondering if this would work, could I go to the USPS with my letter and his name, PO BOX city/zip and they could mail it somehow without giving me the PO Box #?

Or could I mail it to the physical address of the USPS where his PO Box is located and they could deliver it to his box?

It's a small town, Yucca Valley,CA. I just don't know what else to do.

Thanks!

don't you have a phone number to call if there is a problem with the house?

it doesn't ahve contact information in your lease somewhere? What if something happened and you needed to contact him? what if the house burnt down?

Stop looking for it and it will appear, happens to me all the ime. try to look for something else. Also, you could try to google his name, you' be surprised how well this works.

I do have the #, it's on the same paper with the address which has gone missing.

I got ahold of someone at the USPS who said I could try to send it Priority with confirmation and see if it will jog someone's mind there and they will place it in the right box.

We live in a small town, and if something gets sent to our PO without or box number, the PO workers generally make the effort to get it into our boxes. I can't say I would be so sure about a PO that has a ton of boxes, though.

Your lease doesn't show where checks need to be mailed? Do you live in a complex where all the units are owned by the same person? Maybe a neighbor has the address. If you have a number for the property management company he uses (ie where you would report a problem), they might have his mailing address.

Good luck!

Try zabasearch.com. It won't give you his p.o. box but it may give you a street address and you can probably just mail it there with a note that you lost his other contact info.

I'm going to try to call the property management company thanks for that idea.

I tried a search but there are three people with the same name in his town or atleast three address showing his name as living there...yipes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! They had the address for me in a matter of seconds. Whew!
