Whilst at the resort last week my eldest had an allergic reaction whilst at BBWWS and ended up being transferred to hospital in Marne La Vallee.
Thankfully she was ok, and I received a letter from them asking for copies of her passport and European Health card so that we aren't charged for the treatment.
I've sent it via TNT this week, and have been told today that they are refusing to accept the documents because apparently they haven't ordered anything.
Are any members here local to the hospital, or can someone help with a fax number? I've rung them and no one speaks English. TNT are holding the docs at the local depot and I am struggling to work out what to do!
I am in work at the moment with access to a fax machine so could use google translate and fax them something, but I can't find the fax number!
