Help needed - making Journal

Hi,

I'm trying to make few journal pages to look like Donatalie's. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the graphic that look like lined paper?

I am using Photoshop to make it. I'm new to it so I don't know what I'm doing with it yet.

Also, I have to make traveling pages. We are driving and I wanted pages where we could record where we stopped for gas, ate, and places we've seen. Has anyone made these or does anyone have ideas for these pages?
