Help needed Linking tickets to Mobile APP?

Hiya All

I linked my Disney tickets last night on my laptop to the MYW website, I also hope to be able to make additional Fastpass reservation whilst I'm in the parks after my 3 Fast Passes have been used so thought it maybe be a good idea to download the App and link my tickets there also, however, when I try to do this it says that my tickets are already linked and therefore this service is not available?

Can you not use both services?

If not, how do you add extra FP when you are in the parks? I dont fancy queueing up at the kiosks?

The account is the same, however you access it. So on you mobile app you already have the ticket linked.

BTW to book additional FP+ in the parks you'll need to go to kiosks in the park where you want to book them, you cannot do it on the mobile app. At least these are current rules, I just hope they lift this restriction.

Thank you. How silly? It would be a huge benefit in my opinion been able to book fast passes through the app whilst in the parks?
