Help needed from SWA flyers...........

Hi Everyone

I have run into a problem trying to access my account on SWA

I was curious about checking my rapid rewards account this evening and tried to access it to see if my bookings have been credited to the account.

I couldn't get to the account because even though I have a rapid rewards account number, I couldn't remember what my password was

I thought I had entered 99999 as the Zip code when I signed up for the account but it won't accept this number. I know when I have made my bookings it allows me to put in my Canadian address etc, but am stumped as to what to do now

Would I need this account to print out my boarding pass for my May trip?

Or would I just have to key in the confirmation number?

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Carol,

You just need your confirmation number to get your boarding pass. Try putting 14225 as your Zip code and see if that's maybe what you entered.

Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for the info. I ended up calling SWA on the 800 # and a CSR helped me get my password so that I could access the account.

I just hope I don't have to use the zip code on the site anywhere else, as for the life of me, I can't remember what # I entered
