Help needed - can not make room request

Hi everyone,

Well, I just did online check in for a first stay at BLT in 9 days.

Everything was fine, except the room request. When I clicked on it gave me a message regarding not being able to quarantee the request etc., but with no area to make a request just a button for "Cancel" or "Save".

I noted that on the main check in screen it says any question call Disney Reservation Center. But at what number ???

If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

I would call MS and be sure they have the request.
 
You're a DVC owner, correct? Then always call MS for your requests. Online check in does not allow for anything very relevant.
 
Requests with DVC are best made at the same time you make the reservation. That gets your request into the sytem. As noted above, there is no way to request on the online check in, and we are not allowed to fax or call the resort with those requests.

We deserve good weather after the winter we endured here in the NE ..so cold ...so so cold. I am w/ my husband, daughter, SIL and 2 grandaughters, We travel at the pace of the youngest in the group....so depending on the crowds we may be at the pool alot. Safe travel to you !
