Help! I've decided I MUST give up Disney planning for Lent. It's become an obsession! LOL! Anyway, I have an opportunity to get a good deal on accomodations, but need to make the reservation soon. At this point I'm going back and forth between
1) Oct 24-29 (arrive late fri nite, leave sometime on Wed. ) Plusses are all days are F&W, and hopefully a MNNSHP - Minuses are potentially hotter weater, Hurrican season?, busier than NOV???, and it's not as much of an "escape" from the northeast - weatherwise.
2) Nov 14-19 - Plusses are maybe cooler weather, it's the tail end of hurrican season and probably really light crowds. Minuses are no MNSSHP and only two days of F&W.
So all you fall experts, what are you thoughts on crowds, weathers, etc. we have frequent flyers that have to used pre 11/20 and last year we went Veterans Day weekend and it was much too busy for us. We want to stay away from that and Jersey week.

Weather-wise I'd say there really isn't that much of a difference for it to be the deciding factor. Even coming from the northeast, Nov. isn't all that much different from late October. Now if you'd said January or February....that's a whole different story. I'd choose the October date and go for MNSSHP. (not sure what F&W are:confused: ) We went for Halloween one year and the weather was perfect!
