help!! need some reassurance!!

Firstly your dress is beautiful:love: I had no idea the sash would be incorporated into your wedding in memory for your stepson. What a beautiful idea, that is truely a wonderful thing to do. I too am having the sash right down to the floor.
I agree that it is purely second guessing. As you have seen from my planning journal I bought a 2nd wedding dress as I too wanted that bridal feeling which I never got with the first dress. Once I had all the accessories with my new dress, I just fell in love and I'm sure you will feel the same.
I too, want to lose a bit of weight, but it's not the end of the world if I don't lose it all. Try not to be too hard on yourself, with all the planning of your dream wedding, I'm sure several pounds will come off without even trying:)
I am sure you will look absolutely stunning on your big day and I can't wait to see the pics to prove myself right;)

I LOVE your dress! That's actually more like what I was looking for but couldn't find in a dress!

Check out www.weddingtennies.com

They have some of the cutest wedding tennis shoes and flip flops I've ever seen! I really wanted a pair from here but I saw my sketchers and just went grabbed them up without thinking about it. My Sketchers were super comfy and I have real foot pain issues! If I had it to do all over again I probably would have not even worn heels at the ceremony. I only did it since DH is a foot taller than me!

ooooh thanks for posting that! I secretly wanted your sketchers REAL BAD!

BWAAAhahahahah! :lmao:

Speaking of huge knockers, you could check Victoria's Secret for longline bras. They have a large inventory of bridal/special occasion bras on their website. Frederick's of Hollywood has similar styles that cost a little less cuz they're lower quality...you just have to get past the idea of actually going in/logging on to Frederick's of Hollywood! :rotfl:

:lmao: sooo true, I'm such a chicken, I would need days of mentoring in order to log on to Frederick's!
For some reason the VS bras give me zero support:confused3 or maybe I'm just not finding the right ones???
I think I just got used to using grandma wrapp around bras. I have my mom to thank for that one!:sad2: jeez...

Michelle- Really, I love your dress because it centers the attention away from your stomach, arms, and the thigh area. That neckline will make people concentrate on your :cutie: face, and right below it;)

Glorydaz- You are going to look absolutely stunning in that dress! I love it! AMAZING
I can't wait to hear more from you. Don't be nervous it will be GREAT

you guys are absolutely the best!!! to Belle1981, Abbypan, Summer-Caitlin ( love your ring!), PrincessJen09, Swmhc ( beautiful gown - can't wait to see you in it!) and aprincess72 ( checking out Sketchers right after this post!) ...:grouphug: couldn't do this without you!!!

so last night I spent a couple of hours looking for the right undergarment - you know, the one that really makes my chest look outrageous, gives me a waist the size of Sleeping Beauty and takes away my belly - :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: like that really exisits!!!! :rotfl: my seamstress says I need a strapless because the back of the gown dips low ( she is putting in lingerie straps for the bra) and she suggested a long line. still looking, I did find a couple online but I'm going to Macy's & Nordstrom's this weekend to actually try a couple on first....

shoes ( thanks aprincess72 !! ) ...I'm going for comfortable sketchers or tennies to wear because I will use them again and guess what? after the ceremony, I plan on going barefoot on the beach for my photos anyway ( weather permitting)

to my "online" family , sending you :goodvibes and much

Awww Michelle! This isn't my first marriage either and I've had 4 children so I totally feel you...I was a little intimidated looking at the bridal magazines and pictures of younger skinny brides, feeling like I could never look and feel like they did. I have, however, come to realize that I will look as beautiful as I feel and fully instead to be drop dead gorgeous! :rotfl2: I can't wait to see you in your dress...it's gorgeous and I have no doubt that you'll feel very much like a bride on your big day! Let me know where you find that miracle bra...I'm on the look out too! :thumbsup2

Have you looked at the spanx website? They have tons of what I would call innovative undergarments! I never could find half in the stores of what's on their site!

...also wanted to thank you for all the fantastic info on the GF - we are staying conceirge RPC for the first 3 days of our disneymoon!

Glorydaz, I haven't been on the Resorts Board in probably months now. ~Gulp!~ (*Suddenly feeling very guilty*) But I'm glad my old posts on the GF FAQ thread have proved useful to you.

I hope you have a lovely stay at the Grand Floridian Resort. It truly is my family’s favorite resort (and we’ve stayed in all of Disney’s resorts now so I can say that sincerely).

...just wanted to add - you and your hubby looked simply glowing at your vow renewal!

That was sweat. We were dancing up a storm and had no time to wipe the sweat from our brows. ;)
