I can't hardly believe that its almost time to make my ADR's for my February trip, which I feel like I've been planning FOREVER. I think I've looked at every menu at least twice! Just a little background before I give my list: this is an adults-only anniversary trip for DH and I. We will be on the DxDP for seven glorious nights and while we enjoy fine dining (and I cook a ton at home), I wouldn't say we're snobs who can't enjoy a good cheeseburger, though. That said...here are my thoughts...
California Grille
Citrico's
Flying Fish
Jiko
Tutto Italia
Chefs de France..probably for lunch
50's Primetime
Sci-Fi...probably for lunch, my husband is intrigued by the set-up, I'm concerned about the less than stellar food reviews...
Park Fare for bfast buffet...I HAVE TO MEET MARY POPPINS!
Tokyo Dining (we like sushi)
the Plaza for lunch in the MK
Yak and Yeti for lunch at AK

Anything I'm overlooking? My one concern is that A LOT of the signature restaurants seem to have similar menus and while I love filet mignon as much as the next person, I'm thinking we might be bored.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Any tips would be much appreciated!

Also, seeing fireworks doesn't matter that much to me. Its nice, don't get me wrong, but hardly essential.

Since we seem to be more stuck on the EPCOT and Poly restaurants for me this is hard to comment on other then Chef de France which we will be visiting next week for our 3rd time there and really like the place. As for the rest of your list maybe we should give some of them a try next year, I cna't believe we will be there this time next week but of the 7 restaurants we didn't make ADR's for any that we hadn't been to before. I really want to try Toyoko Dining (we have been to Teppen Edo and really like it there) and try Yak and Yeti.:cool2::hippie: 4 DAYS

you'll be fine on the signature locations you've chosen. Flying Fish is going to be the most seafood centric of the four, (Chef de France has a more casual lunch menu so I'm excluding that.) Jiko and California Grill offer several seafood oriented plates. Furthermore the styles vary between the restaurants. Jiko has the African influence, Citricos has Mediterranean and California Grill has a new Californian influence.
