HELP! Need ONE last pin to complete a set!

Pin 4423: DCA - Established 2001 Surfboard Series (Goofy)

Thanks to many on the boards and pinpics who have
helped me complete this set... I'm down to Goofy!
I have sent a TON of TA's for him to no avail! I have ALL
my established 2001 DCA pins ready to frame... but cannot
even bear to start it before having Goofy!

Please help me get Goofy!
