HELP! Need info on renting/returning car at WDW

We are staying at the Dolphin and then renting a car and going to VB and then coming back to stay at WL. Should I pick up my car from the Dolphin and return it to the CCC? The price is the same.

I heard the CCC has transpo to the resorts is that true? After DH drops off the car is it easy for him to get back to the WL?

Also, is the parking free at the WL? We can keep the car for an extra day upon returning but I don't need it at WDW and therefore if I have to pay to park I dont want to keep it.

We have never had a car at WDW before so I am trying to educate myself quickly.

National/Alamo does have a shuttle from the car care center to the resorts. The shuttle runs once an hour, so I would check with the CCC to see when is a convenient time to return the car with less waiting. I found the car care center to be very crowded when I was there, but the workers were very nice..

if you are staying at the resort, there is no cost to park, unless you valet park which I think is $7 per day.

If you would like to park at WL, just ask for a parking pass from the front desk.
