Help! Need info about resales

I am interested in buying a DVC, preferably Boardwalk since it is our favorite place to stay. My question (and I am sure there will be many more!) is that if we do buy a BWV resale, do we not get the full 50 years??

No, everything except Sarasota Springs ends January 31, 2042.

If you buy a resale, you get whatever years are remaining on the contract.

I believe BW contracts are done in the year 2042.
