HELP! Need DCL Door DISign for DH's 40th Birthday!

Good Morning!

I have put this off way too long - our Disney Cruise is less than 3 weeks away!

DH turns 40 the day we board... this cruise is his birthday gift! He's an amazing husband and father to our 6 children and I really would really love to do something special for him. I'm hoping that some of you very talented DISigners could help me with an amazing DISign for our (magnetic) stateroom door. I'm hoping that I can have the kids distract him once we board while I sneak over to the room and 'decorate!'

Here's what I'm thinking (although I'm very open to ideas as you all are soooo much more creative than I am)... a cute sign that says something like, Happy 40th Birthday John. I'd also like candles, balloons, and/or confetti that I could print individually and scatter around the door. I'm thinking I could use curly ribbon for balloon strings. The sign could be cruise-themed... or he likes pirates or Grumpy.

Are any of you up for the challenge?
